The Regulation Licensing and Enforcement Division is structured to ensure the effective sight and enforcement of regulatory standards across its jurisdiction. At the top of the structure, the Division Chief oversees all operations and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory goals. Beneath the Chief, teams are led by Team Leaders who supervise staff members dedicated to processing applications, permits and licenses, conducting monitoring, surveillance, and enforcing regulations.
